Governor (two-year term), the at-large U.S. House seat, and two constitutional amendments. Register any time, including on Election Day. Every active registered voter is mailed a ballot automatically by Oct 1; request a replacement or absentee ballot by 5 p.m. Nov 2.

    Adds a constitutional right for workers to organize and collectively bargain, and bars right-to-work laws.
  • Proposal 4: Equal Protection
    Prohibits denial of rights based on race, ethnicity, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin.
For students: UVM and Middlebury students can register at their campus address right up through Election Day.
