Schools ranked by how much they grew in the last 30 days, not by size. A small campus that moves can top the table. Counts are rounded down to the nearest 5, so no single signup ever shows up as a number changing.

A school appears here once 25students have signed up. Below that, a public count starts to point at people: “three at my school” plus one person mentioning they just signed up is an identification. So small schools are simply absent. They are never listed at the bottom and never named as behind.
Above the cutoff, counts are published in bands of 5 rather than exactly. An exact number that ticks from 25 to 26 is its own kind of identification if you know who just signed up, so we round down and the number only moves in steps.
This page is a scoreboard, nothing more. Deadlines, reminders, the dashboard, and the ballot plan work identically for every school, listed or not.
