All U.S. House seats and the state legislature. All-mail state: register by 5 p.m. Oct 23 and your ballot arrives automatically. To have it mailed somewhere other than your registered address (a campus mailbox, say), your alternate-address request form must reach the election officer 11 days out, by Oct 23. Ballots must be RECEIVED by 8 p.m. Nov 3, so use a drop box or mail early.
