Governor and U.S. Senate. Register by Oct 4 (30 days out). Mail-ballot applications are due Oct 13, three full weeks before Election Day and one of the earliest cutoffs in the country. Early in-person voting runs Oct 14 through Nov 2. Mail ballots must be RECEIVED by the Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on Nov 3; a postmark does not count.
