    Legislature-referred amendment (HJR 1024) changing the membership and structure of the Judicial Nominating Commission, which screens candidates for Oklahoma's appellate courts.
  • State Question 847: Real Property Valuation
    Legislature-referred amendment (SJR 39) lowering the annual cap on increases in a property's fair cash value from 5% to 4% starting in tax year 2027, and freezing valuations for certain homeowners over 65 by household income.
