  • Question 1: Public Records Expansion
    Makes most records of the Legislature and the governor's office subject to the state's public records law.
  • Question 2: Collective Bargaining for Public Defenders
    Allows public defenders and other Committee for Public Counsel Services employees to unionize.
  • Question 3: Unified State Primary
    Replaces separate party primaries with a single primary ballot; the top two vote-getters advance to the general election.
  • Question 4: Election Day Registration
    Lets eligible residents register to vote and cast a ballot on Election Day itself.
  • Question 5: State Revenue Cap & Rebate
    Limits how much revenue the state can collect in a year, refunding any excess to taxpayers.
  • Question 6: Conservation Fund
    Directs sales tax revenue from sporting goods, recreational vehicles, and golf toward natural resource conservation.
  • Question 7: Single-Family Zoning
    Allows single-family homes on residentially zoned lots of at least 5,000 square feet.
  • Question 8: Repeal Retail Marijuana Sales
    Repeals the 2016 legalization of retail sales of adult recreational-use marijuana.
