Governor and both U.S. House seats. All-mail state: paper registration closes Oct 26, and ballots go out around Oct 16. You can still register online or in person right through Election Day, but if you register after ballots have gone out you will not be mailed one and will need to vote in person at a voter service center. To have your ballot sent somewhere other than your registered address (a campus mailbox, for instance), file an absentee application by Oct 27. Ballots must be RECEIVED by 7 p.m. Nov 3, so mail early or use a drop box.
