U.S. Senate and the at-large U.S. House seat. Register by Oct 10 (the fourth Saturday before the election). We show Oct 30 for absentee applications because that is the last point a mailed ballot can realistically reach you and get back by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Delaware's statutory cutoff is later, noon on Nov 2, but a request that late leaves no time for the mail. Absentee voting requires a qualifying reason, including being away at college.
